Ordering On-line

You can order on-line via our on-line ordering system. You do not have to register to use our on-line service. You can purchase as many products you like by adding them to your shopping basket.

You can manage your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the "manage basket" link to your right hand side within the Shopping Basket container. From here you can increase the quantity of each product, remove a product from your basket or you can choose to empty your basket if you wish to do so.

When you have added all of your products to your shopping basket, click on the secure link at the right hand side of your screen titled "checkout". You will then be redirected to the checkout page. A link to the checkout is also available on the "Manage Shopping Basket" page.

You can choose to pay via Credit/Debit card, PayPal or by Postal Order. Simply select which payment method you wish to use.

Both the Manage Basket & Checkout pages are held on a Secure Server. This means that the details you provide us are sent over a secure connection and all details are encrypted before being stored on our secure database. You can tell when you are on a secure page by looking for the Security Padlock which may look like this: . This image may be different on other browsers and may be positioned differently. You will also see either one of the following images on the page, this telling you again you are on a secure page (our contact forms are also held on a secure server).

An example of where these images will appear on your screen can be seen at the right hand side of this page. One image will scroll down the page whilst you scroll down, the other will remain static underneath the Shopping Basket container. You will be sent an automated confirmation e-mail once you have submitted this order, giving you a receipt and unique order number. Please print this e-mail and keep in a safe place, as you may need the information for further correspondance. You will also be given a link to view the status of your order throughout the process.
